Who is guilty? The pump of the drilling system.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">This water is essential for securing the drinking water supply of the place. The replacement of the defective part requires the intervention of an external company (crane).
