In the bag&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes (<\/strong>very brief):<br \/>\n* A raw, plant-based diet heals the body and lightens the mind.<br \/>\n* NVC considers human relationships to be a perpetual source of growth and self-knowledge. Every interaction\u2014including conflicts\u2014invites us to discover a part of ourselves. NVC encourages us to be authentic in our relationships and to seek \u201cwin-win\u201d solutions rather than trying to be right. It encourages us to speak from our feelings and emotions and not to label others.<br \/>\n* Chairs are disastrous for muscle tone and flexibility. Of course, doing without a chair can be a challenge for some people, just as, for others, doing without chocolate or getting in touch with their emotions can be&#8230; it&#8217;s a journey.<br \/>\n* For meals, there is nothing organized, and no set times.
